'Casual' in Minnesota - First record for Clay County

Found by Dennis Wiesenborn, also observed by Diane Wiesenborn, but not subsequently relocated by other birders. Habitat: pocket prairie/riparian woodland interface, Moorhead, MN (address: 505 11th Ave. N.). Behavior: remained at or close to ground throughout a viewing period of about 10 minutes; a few chips were heard, but no song. Weather: cool and blustery.
