'Accidental' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Hennepin County for the Fall season

Kevin Smith first found the bird in Washington County while viewing at Lake Rebecca Park and observed it flying over Washington and Dakota Counties before flying NW. Jim Pifher found the bird at Old Cedar Ave bridge at the end of the boardwalk where the bird was staked out and viewed by many.
