'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Stevens County for the Summer season

At the Struck WPA on the north shore of the pond at these coordinates: 45.723732,-95.897045. I have looked for it on 2 other occasions and have yet to see it again, and to my knowledge, no one else has seen it since my initial observation.
