'Casual' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Brown County for the Summer season

Presumably this is the same bird first found by Brian Smith on 5-31-18. The bird was absent from the original location just west of 18611 KC Road. I found this KEWA exactly 0.5 miles further west on the KC Road, just 100 yards east of #19297.
