Common in Hennepin County in the Summer season

Today at Lake Harriet in Minneapolis while watching a Common Loon I noticed something I had not seen before, a banded COLO. When it stretched its right leg (I love the foot wag) there were 2 colored bands one blue closer to the foot, and one green above that.
