'Rare Regular' in Minnesota

Adult Great Black-backed Gull (GBBG) at Canal Park, Duluth, 24 January 2010. This individual and a second-cycle GBBG were being observed by Mike Hendrickson at the same time that I saw another adult amongst a large flock of gulls on the ice off Park Point.
