'Casual' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in St. Louis County for the Winter season

First winter male at the feeder of Pat and John Thomas, 6219 E Superior St, Duluth. This is the bird that was first reported by Kim Eckert on December 19th. Overcast day (and very cold), the bird was at the feeder for about 2 minutes.
