'Rare Regular' in Minnesota

Between 3:45 and 4:05 PM on 4 September 2006 a juvenile Say?s Phoebe was present along the auto tour route of the Big Stone N.W.R. in Lac Qui Parle County. After twenty minutes of observation a motorcycle that passed by scared the bird off to the north where it crossed the Minnesota River and disappeared over Big Stone County.
