'Rare Regular' in Minnesota

Found by the MN Birding Weekends group in La Crescent at Sheperd's Marsh, along the former La Crescent dump road. From Chestnut St (which is on the E side of Hwys 61 / 14), take Main St E across the RR tracks, stop at the first corner where the road turns left, and the gallinule was in the marsh on the right.
