Uncommon in Scott County in the Spring season
This Gray-cheeked Thrush hit the window so hard that I thought it was a goner. It laid on it's back for about 10 minutes with it's eyes closed. Then it turned over. When I saw that it was still alive I went out and took this picture. Without any apparent difficulty it flew to a tree a few minutes later. A rather disappointing way to get a lifer. But a happy ending.
