Snowy Owl in Aitkin County

Uncommon in Aitkin County in the Spring season

This adult male was along MN Hwy 210, 4 miles E of Aitkin. Presumably this same individual was also seen along Hwy 210 on 12 April, although it is uncertain if the location of that owl was the same. Interestingly, we found another late-lingering Snowy Owl the next day, 15 April, in NW Stevens Co at the jct of 600th Ave and 150th St.
