'Rare Regular' in Minnesota

As of 3/19/ the Harlequin Duck was still hanging out in the Grand Marais harbor with the Goldeneye and Bufflehead Ducks... reported by Josh Watson. I took this shot on Tuesday and his colors are now slowly changing.
