Pied-billed Grebe in Sherburne County

Common in Sherburne County in the Fall season

Pied-billed Grebe. Thought this had to be a Red-necked Grebe. Kevin Smith convinced me otherwise. I've never seen one that looked like this. Seen at Sherburne NWR. Probably a juvenile that has molted out of its juvenile plumage into basic plumage.
