'Casual' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Big Stone County for the Summer season

Big Stone Co, intersection of Hwy 28 and Co Rd 61, north side of 28 and on the west side of 61 at the Black-necked Stilt location (still present) west of the town of Graceville. Seen yesterday by Josh Watson and I at 11:20am for about 15 mins. Others attempted to relocate but were not successful.
