'Accidental' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Big Stone County for the Summer season

Arctic Tern first identified by Bob Ekblad 6/17 (though likely overlooked as a Forster's Tern 6/16). Seen just south of 290th St. in wetlands along both sides of 770th Ave. as well as on 770th Ave. itself.
