'Accidental' in Minnesota

Duluth's famous visitor landing on the ice at Canal Park- with the recent cold weather, its is gratifying to watch the bird using the natural ice perches surrounding the harbor. Analysis of the intricate black tips to the wing feathers shows this to be the same bird that has been seen on and off at Canal Park since January 1st.
