Eared Grebe in Hennepin County

Five or fewer records in Hennepin County for the Winter season

I observed a Eared Grebe in the middle of Lake Calhoun this morning at 9:30, it was loosely associating with Common Goldeneyes. After studying and comparing photo plumages of the one on Lake Harriet earlier absent after 12.16.15 this Eared Grebe appears to be a different individual.
