'Rare Regular' in Minnesota

John Richardson found this male Harlequin duck on the bay side of Duluth's Park Point (Minnesota Point), off 8th street on November 30. I was alerted to it by Peder Svingen. It was hanging around with a group of mallards that frequent the area.
