'Accidental' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Scott County for the Summer season

My contribution to the photo gallery of Murphy-Hanrehan Tropical Kingbird — surely the most photographed bird in Minnesota! I observed it hawking insects just north of marker 36 for about 20" during the noon hour today.
