'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Jackson County for the Spring season

I first spotted this Say's Phoebe this morning, May 2, with my Minn Birding Weekends group in Cottonwood Co. It was along CR 6 just north of the Jackson Co line, and eventually it moved south just across the county line and was last seen along Jackson CR 7.
