Snow Goose in Cook County

Common in Cook County in the Fall season

This juvenile Snow Goose landed in front of my wife while she was walking on our driveway and proceeded to stroll into our woods creek. The Arctic tundra visitor was unafraid and ate grasses, drank some water and took respite for sometime before continuing his journey.
