Uncommon in Todd County in the Fall season

Taken at the Osakis WTP. There were a number of Semipalmated and Least Sandpipers, a few Spotted Sandpipers, 22 Red-necked Phalaropes, and several thousand Franklin's Gulls at the WTP.
