Uncommon in Renville County in the Summer season

I found this Blue Grosbeak in a gravel pit on the west side of 300th St just 1/4 mile south of 840th Ave. The bird was in the northeastern corner of the pit. This is approximately 1 mile east and 1 mile north of Danube. It is also about 1 mile west and 1 mile north of the Olivia brush site where Randy Frederickson and Joel Schmidt discovered a Blue Grosbeak family in 2012.
