Uncommon in St. Louis County in the Winter season

Snowy Owl watching the sunset on the Sax-Zim Bog. Taken from highway 7 one mile north of Dibble road. Found again at sunrise on a power pole on the northwest corner of Dibble rd. (see inset) When a train came by it flew to another pole on the northeast of Dibble rd. and then to the TV antenna on the house at that location.
