Occasional in Jackson County in the Winter season

I initially spotted this bird perched along the barbed wire fence line south of 930th St. about a quarter mile east of 580th Ave. (CR 29). After a few minutes the bird flew southwest to the intersection of 580th Ave. and 920th St. where I was able to photograph it at closer range.
