Uncommon in Dakota County in the Summer season

Found in 180th St. Marsh this afternoon. After spending about 30" looking for one in Crosby Farm Park, Gene Bauer and I stopped at 180th St. Marsh on the way back home. No sooner were we out of the car than this one flew in and landed about 15 feet away from the road.
