'Accidental' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Freeborn County for the Summer season

The bird was first found by Brad Abendroth, Friday evening at Big Island State Park Campgrounds. Then found Saturday morning and seen on and off during the day. It has been with White Pelicans on the South end of the big island. The path to the area is just past campsite 22. Keep right and go to the end of the trail. The bird has been on the left in the little bay or across the water along the shore with the white pelicans.
