'Rare Regular' in Minnesota

Found at 4 pm near Castle Danger, 12 miles east of Two Harbors. Seen along the Bunker Hill Road (the road into the old Castle Danger landfill), 0.4 mile north of the West Castle Danger Road (CR 106). As far as I'm aware, none of the 4 Boreal Owls seen in Two Harbors on 1/26 could be relocated today.
