'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in St. Louis County for the Fall season

This Say's Phoebe was present this morning through at least mid-afternoon at the McQuade Road boat launch /safe harbor site along Scenic Hwy 61, just beyond the Duluth city limits. It was first seen this morning near the boat ramp, but later in the day in was mostly being seen by the restroom building across the road by the main parking lot. It was later learned this bird was also seen late in the afternoon the day before, October 6.
