'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Dakota County for the Spring season

Bill Litkey found a Whimbrel this morning in a flooded field at the intersection of Dakota County CR 85 Goodwin Ave and 210th St. East. Seen from 210th St. East looking north the bird was foraging in a wet, muddy field provided by the recent storms.
