Five or fewer records in Goodhue County for the Summer season

The bird was first observed by myself just N of the Treasure Island Casino complex and just W of the resort's marina. It was in a still-flooded oldfield along the woods-edge. The bird disappeared within an hour and hasn't been seen again. Not a great picture, but you can see the red lores and the reddish legs distinguishing it from a Glossy Ibis.
