Iceland Gull in Dakota County

'Rare Regular' in Minnesota

Second-winter bird. Below Lock and Dam #2, Hastings. It can be argued whether this bird is a Thayer's or Iceland (Kumlien's) Gull but for me the wing tips are not dark enough and the back appears too pale for this to be a pure Thayer's.
