'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Dakota County for the Spring season

Found by Alex Lewanski, potentially first found by Dustin Wrolstad in April. Bird is singing on the back edge of a private yard butting up to the SNA trail. Bird can be heard from the pines in the adjacent property and has been seen on the SNA in the Cottonwoods. Coordinates will be pasted here… (44.7883303, -93.0269091). Park in the main lot off 117th street, walk up toward the SNA sign and gate and follow the trail to the back corner of the adjacent yard where the trail curves into the woods.
