'Rare Regular' in Minnesota

At least four different Parasitic Jaegers have been seen and photographed at Wisconsin Point within the last two weeks. Images of two additional jaegers seen earlier this month are still being reviewed. Although most of the sightings including this one have been from parking lot #1 at the base of Wisconsin Point, jaegers have been seen at the Superior Entry on two occasions and sightings off Park Point can be expected during the next several weeks, especially on days with east to northeast winds. Wisconsin Point can be reached by taking Moccasin Mike Road off US 53/US 2 at the east end of Superior. The Superior Entry at the tip of Wisconsin Point forms the state line between Wisconsin and Minnesota.
