Red-tailed Hawk in Dakota County

Common in Dakota County in the Fall season

Perched near entrance to Lebanon Hills Reg. Park near Dodd and Cliff Rd. in Eagan. Apparently an adult based on minimal barring on whitish tail. Didn't get to see it fly, but I'll bet it was an eye-catcher.
