American Pipit in Dakota County

Uncommon in Dakota County in the Fall season

I'm seeing pipits everywhere I go. This one was in Great Western Industrial Park, feeding in the snow along with about 25 others. I found other flocks of varying sizes along the highways and gravel roads of Rice and Dakota Counties and in the mud of a pond currently being drawn down near my home.
